"Cybersecurity and the Internet of Things IOT". An Experience with Coursera

 Coursera is an online eLearning platform offering thousands of courses including specializations and degrees. It works with top Universities and businesses to facilitate its online accredited courses. Its purchased courses are either on a monthly or annual subscription or a one-off payment. It also offers free access to most of its courses.   

 I choose a course from this platform to experiment the online eLearning and to develop my knowledge, especially in "Cybersecurity and the Internet of Things".

The course is divide for 4 weeks  during  which ,        I watch videos, readings, practice, exercises  and other activities. at the end of every week a quiz will be submitted  that lead to comprehension of cybersecurity and the Interne of things 

in this course I gained a knowledge of what is the Interne of things? and why privacy and security are important.

 the Internet of Things, or IOT, is a network of separate but uniquely identified devices that sometimes have the ability to talk with each other without requiring to human interaction or human to computer interaction . Some of these devices like Fitbit, Apple watches, mobile telephones, smart TV.

The internet of things helps people live and work smarter, as well as gain complete control over their lives.

 In the short term, society might remain wary of IoT as fundamentals such as privacy, trust and governance are being dealt with, calling for urgent action in not only technology, but also governance standardization processes.

Whether you want to learn a new subject, gain a new skill, or just enhance your Knowledge  ... The key is starting to push yourself using these platforms to built a well career .
